STRENGTH

A.  3 x 5 Bench Press- build to heaviest possible; rest as needed.

B.  2 x ME Bench Press @ 65% of A; rest 60 sec. b/t sets

* Try and add 5lbs from Monday’s bench press.

CONDITIONING

6 Rounds of:

– Every 4 minutes complete:

10 Front Squats- 135/95

400 m Run

* Weight must be taken from ground!
