Kip’s hard work and dedication Is paying off. Kip is a guy that is always working hard trying to get better each day and now is 50lbs lighter, Strong work Kip!


A. 5 x 3 Power Clean- build to heaviest possible; rest as needed.

B. 1 x 5 Deadlift- 5-10lbs heavier then last week.


50 Burpee Box Jumps- 24/20

– Every minute on the minute 5 C2B Pull-ups, starting on the first minute.
