8/01/11 WOD

Thank you to everyone that has stuck with us through the summer, please come and have some fun at the outdoor pool at the OAC on Wednesday. Swimming is optional, just come and hang out and enjoy each others company.  Hamburgers will be provided and please bring something to share, it does not have to be paleo, you don’t need to feel guilty.


1.  Back Squat- 90% 2 x 2

2.  Push Jerk- 80% 2 x 3

3.  AMRAP in 15 min of:

300 m Row

30 Double Unders

5 Burpee Box Jump- 24m/20w
