8/10/13 WOD


For those of you that did not know Joni was in a trampoline accident and broke her neck yesterday.  She is now recovering from surgery and because she is so strong I am sure she will make a full recovery. Please, at this time, keep Joni and her family in your thoughts and prayers.  More updates to come for a WOD throwdown to help Joni and her family because they don’t have medical insurance.  We will keep everyone posted.


In teams of 2 complete:

5 Rounds for time of:

30 KBS-70/53

1 Hill Sprint

*Rest 3:1

*notes- partner one will start and complete 30 KBS then sprint the hill as soon as partner one reaches the top partner two will go.  Jog back down and repeat for 5 rounds.  Be sure to wear some trail running shoes, lots of fun!

Power Lifting meet will start at 9am and go to around 4pm, be sure to stop by and see some of these big lifts, its pretty impressive how much weight is being thrown around.
