It’s great the way kids call it how they see it.

FUNCTION

A. 10 Rounds of:

250m

Rest 60 sec.

* for every row over 50 seconds men or 58 seconds women add another round for penalty.

**notes- make sure you take 5-10 minutes and do some mobility work (stretch, foam roll, lacrosse ball) or go to yoga.

DRIVE

A. 100 AD Cals for time
– EMOM stop what you are doing and perform 10 GHD sit-ups.

Olympic Lifting- today at 6:15pm.

Gymnastics- today at 5:15pm.

Yoga- today at 7:30pm.
