B. 5 x 3 Back Squat- build to 5lbs heavier then last week.
C. 3 x 5 Tall Box Jump- as high as possible, step down.
D. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Lateral Hops over the erg
*notes- take 3-5 minutes and foam roll.

3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squat
*start light and add weight each set.
B. 5 x 3 Clean- build to 5lbs heavier then last week.
C. 1 x 5 Deadlift- 5-10lb heavier then last week.
D. As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
5 Hang Power Cleans-175/105
