Today starts the greatest time of the year…college football season!  If you are cheering for the Utes today don’t even bother coming in today, you will do triple the work.

FUNCTION/DRIVE

A.  Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Burpees

155 m Run (1 lap)

*rest 4 minutes, then do:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

5 Evil Wheels

10 Box Overs-24/20

*rest 4 minutes, then do:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Burpees

*Notes- be sure to do some mobility and maintenance today for recovery- foam roll, stretch, hot tub, hike etc.. sitting in front of the TV is not maintenance.

Gymnastics will be held at 5:15pm, take advantage of the opportunity to be taught gymnastics by a former collegiate gymnast.

Olympic Lifting will be held at 6:15pm.

Yoga will be CANCELLED for tonight.

  1. Well, since I will be lazily sitting in front of the TV, not getting my WOD or mobility on as Lindsay would hope, I will take it a step further. Tonight, when Utah scores, I will do 3X the burpees for each point scored. So, by the time Utah drops 50 on USU, I will have done a heck of a lot of burpees. Lindsay is just afraid that next week he will be wearing Ute Red every day.
