What’s wrong with this picture? This is our daily results board, ever since we divided up groups we all seem to think we don’t need to track our scores. That’s going to stop now, if you come to crossfit you write your scores on the board, if not there is a great class that comes up with random exercises with no purpose or reason as to why they do them and it’s called OAC bootcamp and they are looking for new recruits, go join them! WE HAVE A METHOD TO OUR MADNESS and you need to track your weights, scores, reps etc..to improve.
