9/26/13 WOD



A. 5 sets of:

400 m Run (3,2,3,2,3 laps) rest as needed.

B. 3 Rounds of:

10 Strict T2B

12 Reverse Hypers- medium weight

20 KB Russian Twist- feet elevated, touch KB side to side

C. Mobility- 5-10 minutes foam roll session.

Yoga- 6am, meet in small room upstairs.

Gymnastics- 5:15pm

Olympic Lifting- 6:15pm
