-Descending ladder of Hang Power Cleans

-Ascending Ladder of Shuttle Sprints

10 HPC

20 m Sprint

8 HPC

40 m sprint

8 HPC

60 m Sprint

4 HPC

80 m Sprint

2 HPC

100 m Sprint

*Rest 3 min…then do;

3 Rounds for time of:

Run 800 m

30 KBS

*notes- sprints will be done in 10m increments, both hands must touch the line on each turn. Hang Power Clean levels…

Level III- 135/95

Level II- 95/65

Level I- 65/45

Rest exactly 3 minutes then complete for time 800 m run, kettlebell weight levels..

Level III- 70/53

Level II- 53/35

Level I- 35/26
