This is how you burpee!

FUNCTION/DRIVE

A.  Teams of 2 complete for time:

Row 1200m

40 Burpees over the Erg

B.  When clock hits 10:00

3 Rounds for time of:

20 Push Press- (LI- 95/65, LII- 135/95)

30 T2B

D.  When clock hits 20:00

3 Rounds for time of:

20 Box Overs- 24/20

Pull-ups (LII- C2B Pull-ups)

*notes- break up reps between partners as needed.

DRIVE

Complete before conditioning

A.  8 x 4 HBBS @ 80%
