In an effort to make the classes run smoother please do not be late for your class times. I understand some things are uncontrollable, like the weather, but if you are more than 15 minutes late for a class, please wait for the next class time. We would also ask from now on if you have a friend that is interested in joining CrossFit, but wants to try it out first, that you hold off bringing them until the FIRST SATURDAY of the month. We will be dedicating that day for “bring a friend to CrossFit day”.
Getting Started
The functional movements involved with CrossFit are challenging. That’s why it delivers results. At CrossFit The Club we want you to learn and understand these movements before you begin your first day of CrossFit. For this reason, all individuals new to CrossFit must take 2 Foundations Classes. There is a one time fee of $40 for these classes. Foundations consists of the following:
Session 1

Squats: air squat, back squat, front squat, overhead squat

Push-up
-
Pull-up and Kipping pull-up

Dead lift, SDHP
-
Short CrossFit workout so you can see what it’s like!
Session 2
-
Medicine ball clean
-
Barbell clean
-
Presses: shoulder press, push press, push jerk

Ring dip
-
Burgener warm-up- done right this is a workout in itself add sets to it if needed.

Pricing
Foundations Classes: One time fee of $40
Unlimited Individual: $125/Month—with a 3 Month Commitment
Unlimited: $150/Month—with No Commitment
Prices will change if you are already a member of the OAC.
*Prices will be discounted for couples.
CrossFit Personal Training
One-on-One Training: Charge $45 per session
Semi-Private: Charge $60 per session
Tri-Training: Charge $75 per session
Quad-Training: Charge $80 per session
