  1. And just so you know aging foods are:

    anything with high soduim
    processed foods
    and stress, not a food but it ages
    caffiene in the body not so good, out of the body awesome…ie caffiene facials stimulate the skin 🙂
    So pretty much do not stress, drink lots of water, eat whole foods that you have to cook and laugh alot in life

  2. You forgot sleep. A good nights sleep to help the body and mind recover from getting the boo-tay kicked the day before. Often over looked in todays go-go-go society.
