ATTENTION- There will be no O-Lifting this Thursday. We will be holding in it’s place at 7pm, a Pose Running Clinic to introduce to you a new Crossfit Endurance class coming in October. I highly recommend anyone that wants to improve their running to come and see what its all about.

We have some upcoming races this month that several of out CFTC members will be participating in. We have teams that are competing in The Dirty Dash, and The Tough Mudder. We also have a new one that I was contacted about last week, The Metro Dash. If anyone is interested in putting a team together for any of these races that have not already, please post to comments so we can put another team together.

*We all need to strive for perfect posture during our lifts, please listen when the trainers try to help you on your form. If you cannot maintain correct posture and go through the full range of motion the weight is to heavy!
