A. 5 x 1- 20 Double Unders + 1 Snatch (power or squat) @ 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%; rest 30 sec

4 Hill Sprints- max effort to the top, walk back down. NO WALKING ON THE SPRINT.
ENDURANCE- meet at 6am in the spin room.
