CrossFit Endurance is quickly becoming an extremely important part of training for CrossFit athletes of all levels. It does far more than just improve your WOD times, AMRAP scores, and cardio endurance. In fact all athletes preparing for any type of competition such as 5k’s, marathons, triathlons… can greatly benefit from it’s teachings.
