Fitness Testing/Weight/Body Fat

So, I've been doing this for about 6 weeks now and am finally feeling like there is more progress than set backs. However, I would like to have my fitness and body fat tested so in another 6 weeks or 6 months I can have some comparison. How do I go about getting any of this accomplished. Without a base line, I just don't have a way to set benchmarks or goals. :?

Well good to hear that there's progress! As far as getting your body fat, measurements, and weight tested, I would talk to either Bitty or Lindsay before one of the classes. They are more than willing to set up a time to do this. Also, I recommend tracking your WOD's and strength benchmarks on your blue sheet. That's always a good way to see if you are improving or if you need to push yourself harder. Some people also use www.projecttotalfit.com to record them online.
