Well good to hear that there's progress! As far as getting your body fat, measurements, and weight tested, I would talk to either Bitty or Lindsay before one of the classes. They are more than willing to set up a time to do this. Also, I recommend tracking your WOD's and strength benchmarks on your blue sheet. That's always a good way to see if you are improving or if you need to push yourself harder. Some people also use
