I ditto that! What an amazing person! I think with the intensity with which we push....most of us will sustain an injury or two during our Crossfit experience. My caution would be to listen to your body! In my eyes, every Crossfitter is a CHAMPION. We trudge and we fight, and we KEEP ON COMIN cuz we're strong and able! Our minds are as powerful as our bodies, if not MORE powerful. My hope for each of us though would be to never let our EGO be in charge! There's a difference between cuts, bruises, maybe a little blood.......and a serious injury that could be life changing. We only get one back....... You get what I'm saying.
