8 Rounds for time of:

10 Burpees

15 Jumping Lunges

25 Double Unders

25 yd Shuttle Sprint (5×5)

*Rest 90 sec.

 

ENDURANCE

*meet in spin room at 6am

 

The OAC has been holding an open house all week because of that we will be holding a free crossfit workout at 8:30am on Saturday.  If you have anyone that would be interested please have them come.  For all of the CFTC members please come to the 7:30 or 9:30 am class on Saturday only.

 

For all those that ordered the Progenex Chocolate Recovery and More Muscle, I will have it with me at the gym tomorrow.  The Vanilla is on back order and will be here next week.
