Run 310 m

Rest 60 sec

*After last run rest 60 sec then,

-Establish a 1 rep max shoulder to overhead from rack in 6 min.


Pain is temporary.  It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take it’s place.  If I quite, however, it last forever. (Lance Armstrong)
