You evil little girl scouts, quit bringing these to my door and forcing me to eat them!



A.  Close Grip Bench Press- build to a heavy triple in 5-7 sets; rest as needed

B.  AMRAP 1-3 unbroken dip ladder in 5 min (adv. add 1/4 btw)

C.  For Time- KB Complex, 1-5 reps (R arm Snatch, Windmill, Front Squat, Push Press=1 rep); choose  a challenging weight that you will be able to complete full ROM with all the movements.


ENDURANCE- 6am in the spin room
