Great video sent to me by one of our members.  Yes, injuries do happen show me a sport that it doesn’t?  But there is no better form of rehabilitation to get you back to a normal life more quickly then the functional movements of crossfit.  I know, I have experienced this myself and have seen it countless times over the years. The more popular the sport of crossfit has become the more haters there are out there pointing fingers and telling people that they will get hurt.  All I have to say to them is go live in your little bubble and do your step aerobics, as for me I choose to push myself to the limits and go to sleep every night knowing that I accomplished more in one week then they will do in a lifetime.

  1. I completely agree. You can live your life in a bubble and watch everyone pass you by, or you can try something new and find out how amazing you really are. We are only here on this planet for a short time so I say “Live it up!”. Work hard, play hard… Get some new scars. Every scar tells a story of an adventure or life tribulation you endured and survived. When you get hurt along the way weather in a sport or some unforeseen accident, don’t just give up. Get back on that horse and return stronger than ever.

    1. Would you give us a quick breakdown of what exactly the progenix muscle and recovery are used for,. The difference between the two – when and why they are used? Thanks!
