Fri 05/25/12 WOD

Just a reminder there will be NO Crossfit Classes Saturday (football seminar) and Monday (Memorial Day). I know there are a lot of people wanting to do the Murph WOD on Monday, so come on and do today’s workout as an individual and you will probably change your mind.  I watched some of the fittest people in the world do this workout at the regionals and it looked terrible..so why not try it here at CFTC!  For this workout its your choice you can either do it all alone or you can do as a team of two.
