All you Crossfitter’s think you sooo cool taking your shirts off when you workout and now running down the middle of the road!  Not as many complaints now days because they are getting used to our craziness but still get a few.

 

WOD

A.  Back Squat- 1 x 8@75%, 1 x 5@80%, 1 x 5@85%, 1 x 3@90%, 1 x 3@95%

*Based off of your 3RM we did two weeks ago.

15 Wall Balls-20/15

ENDURANCE- meet at 6am in the spin room.

  1. So it’s okay for people to run on highways, but not around an athletic club… Haha. It never ceases to amaze me what people will go out of their way to complain about.
