A.  8 x 2 Power Snatch @ 80% of 1RM (heavier then last week); rest 40 sec

+

3 Rounds for time of:

50 m Sandbag Lunge

155 m Sandbag Run

20 Dead lifts- 185/115

 

Cash Out

A1.  3 x 5 Bentover BB Row- heavy

A2.  3 x 15 Jack Knifes

 

ENDURANCE- Spin will be cancelled today, regular schedule next week.
