A.  In 15 min establish a 1RM 3 Position Clean + 1 Jerk (floor, hang, hi-hang); rest as needed.

In 12 min complete:

50 Cal AD

AMRAP of:

7 Dead lifts

30 Double Unders

* 50 cal AD is a “buy in” after completing do as many rounds as possible of deads and double unders in time remaining.

Level I- 185/115

Level II- 225/135

Level III- 275/185
