Kim Meikle did not cheat one time and had the best overall score with 9.5 pounds lost, 2% body fat, and 8.25 inches total of her body. Kim PRed her jerk and hang clean, and her wod time improved by 3:15. Kim has been working so hard on her diet and she is almost to her goal weight.
Jacquie also did great ended up with 8.5 pounds lost 1.4% body fat and the best total inches lost with 11.25. The First time she couldn’t Rx the WOD, second time Rxed the WOD and improved by 1:56 First time ever doing a challenge, and was disappointed with her totals. She did great!!
Andy gets the prize for being a true hunter, gatherer. He actually killed his own bird, plucked, gutted the whole nine yards. Plus he had amazing results.
