STRENGTH

A.  EMOM for 10 min

-1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 2 OHS @ 75% of max snatch (any style)

 

CONDITIONING

For Time:

5 Hang Squat Cleans-135/95

10 Lateral Box Jumps- 24/20 (must touch the top of box)

15 KBS- 70/53

10 Hang Squat Cleans

20 Lateral Box Jumps

30 KBS

15 Hang Squat Cleans

30 Lateral Box Jumps

45 KBS

 

I’ve got good news for all you U of U football fans out there.  I was able to pull from my connections and get the very first shirts hot off the press for the University of Utah’s bowl game this year.

Oh yeah I forgot there is no bowl, how’s that nice piece of humble pie taste!
