WOD

A.  Shoulder Press- 12×2-3,3,3,3; rest 2 min

B.  Dead lift x3/Hang Power Clean x3/Push Jerk x3; rest 90 sec x 3

C1.  Rope Climbs (adv Leg less)- 20′; rest 10 sec (scale 20 ring rows)

C2.  AMRAP Double Unders in 1 min; rest 1 min x 5

 

CROSSFIT ENDURANCE- 6am in the spin room
