3 Rounds for time of:

Run 155m (1 lap)

50 Push-ups

50 Sit-ups

SWOD

The next 4 weeks will be some kind of Snatch or Clean so bring your O-lifting shoes.  If you don’t have any shoes now would be a good time to invest in some.  Plan on the strength WOD’s to be at least an hour so be sure to stick to your rest intervals.  Workouts will be posted on the small white board.


Kids camp starts today at 11am.  If you have a kid that wants to participate that has not signed up we still have room in the younger kids class and the older kids classes.  Classes will be every Monday-Wednesday-Friday at their scheduled times.
