A.  3 Attempts to establish a Max Clean- Treat this like a meet, warm-up to a few heavy singles then plan your next 3 attempts wisely.  Have a plan in mind before the first lift.  Take 2-4 min in between attempts.


For Max Reps:

1 min ME Clapping Push-ups

8 min AMRAP of:

15 Hang Power Snatch-75/55

12 Single Arm Russian KBS- 53/35

9 Pull-ups

*Rest 1 min

1 min ME Clapping Push-ups
