STRENGTH

A.  5 x 2 Clean Grip Dead lift- heavier then last week; rest 60 sec.

B.  5 x 1 Power Clean- heavier then last week; rest as needed.

 

CONDITIONING

AMRAP in 12 min of:

15 Dead lifts- 155/115

12 Deficit Push-ups- hands on 25lb plate

9 Box Jumps- 24/20 (games standard)

 

ACCESSORIES

A.  3 x 12 DB Row (each arm)- heavy as possible.
