Jerk (from rack) – 70% x 3, 75% x 3, 80% x 3

Muscle Snatch – 70% x 2 x 2, 75% x 1 x 3. Most people had problems with their 3rd pull on the last games wod.

Snatch Balance (A2G)- 60% x 2, 65%x 2, 70% x 2, Find 2 rep heavy (not 2 rep max)
