O-Lifting 5/23/11

A.    Snatch – heavy single* ; rest 2 min

B1. Clean High Pull – 5×5; rest 20 sec

B2. Front squat – 5×5; rest 2 min.

 

A-    *If your heavy single is 85% or less, drop down to 75-80% and perform 3 singles.

B-    Bar speed needs to remain the same straight across 5 reps. If 5th rep is slower than 1st, drop weight until bar speed is consistent for all 5 reps.
