7:30- Team WOD

8:30- Team WOD

9:30- Games Testing 12.1 (this time will be dedicated to the games testing for 5 weeks, you can still come and do the Team WOD on your own if you want and cheer on the others competing.)

 

 

TEAM WOD

In teams of 2 you will complete

3 Rounds for time of:

75 Push-ups

125 KB Swings-53/35

150 Squats

*One team member at a time works, must complete all of one exercise before moving on to the next.

**This is the first 2 man team workout that we did at CFTC four years ago, man how time flies.

  1. During my travels this week, I picked up a wonderful book called ‘Primal Body, Primal Mind. Beyond the Paleo Diet for Total Health and a Longer Life.” I also got on the website http://www.PrimalBody-PrimalMind.com. This is an excellent resource and support site. Right now, started today, Feb. 26 to March 4th they are having the Paleo Summit, a free online event. 8 days and 23 presentations. There are videos on the site for you to watch regarding all sorts of healthy living, Paleo Style.     I hope those of you that have also been doing the challenge are just as convinced and satisfied with this Paleo lifestyle as I am. Thanks Lindsey for presenting the challenge. I feel wonderful and love my new lifestyle.
