IN teams of 2 complete for time:
30 partner med ball sit-ups (30 each)
30 dead lifts-225/155
30 box jumps-30/24
*each person must complete all 30 reps each, only 1 person works at a time while the other person holds 2 kb in the rack position (53/35). Work can only get done while the kb’s are up in the rack position. Partition the reps as needed.
