60 sec. AD

60 sec. Rope Undulations

5 Rounds for time of:

155 m Sprints (p1 runs, p2 rest tag on return)

*Rest 3 min

For Time:

1-5 unbroken T2B Ladders x 4

155 m Lunges (every 10 steps perform 15 Squat Jumps)
