CONDITIONING

Teams of 2 complete for total time of:

A.  1-5 Alternating Pull-up Ladder x 5 ladders (adv. C2B Pull-ups)

B.  150 KBS- kb does not touch ground, rotate every 15 reps (53/35)

C.  1-5 Alternating Unbroken Burpee Ladder x 4 ladders

D.  Row 2k- share load by doing 250m each throughout
