P1- work, P2- rest, switch per set

20 AD Cals

8 KB Sntach (per arm)- 53/35

(3 sets each)

P1- work, P2- rest, switch per set

5 Strict Pull-ups

10 KB Thrusters-53/35

( 3 sets each)

+

P1 & P2

P1- 50 Lunges

P2- AMRAP Double Unders when P1 goes.

( 3 sets each)
