WOD

In teams of 2 complete
8 rounds each of:
Sprint 155 m (1lap)
10 pull-ups
Sprint 155 m
10 KBS- (L1-53/35, L2-70/53) 

*alternate between partners until each have completed 8 rounds each. Ex. P1 goes through everything and at the last KBS P2 will begin and complete a full round.
