Jill can’t ever complain about the workout being to hard with shirts like these!

 

WOD

A.  Dead lift- 3,3,3,3; building to a heavy triple, rest 3 min

B.  Plank on Rings- accumulate 240 sec on the rings

+

3 Rounds of:

Run 400 m (Rd 1= 3 laps, Rd 2= 2 laps, Rd 3= 3 laps)

21 Dead lifts- 135m/95w

12 HSPU

 

CF Endurance- meet at 6am in the pool.
