2010 Crossfit Games Sectionals. It’s to bad they still don’t do it this way, it was a lot of fun. Oh well, now we can have a friendly competition between both teams at CFTC. Laugh now little guys, more weight is coming soon…hopefully.
Complete as many reps in 7 min as possible of:
*Begins in the standing position. The athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands 6″ above max reach.
REST AS NEEDED
A. Build to a tough DL single (add 20# per set) start with 50-60% of 1RM
*rest 2 min
For the next 5 weeks we will be testing the games workouts on Thursday and Saturday. If you plan on doing it Thursday please let me know so we can have extra trainers there. Also for the next 5 weeks we will be dedicating the Saturday 9:30 am class to testing. Feel free to still come in at that time if it is the only time you can make it but you will be doing the games workout with everyone else.
