Open WOD 12.2

Proceed though the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 min of:

30 Snatch-75/45

30 Snatch-135/75

30 Snatch-165/100

30 Snatch-210/120

 

Midline Strength

A1.  Glute Ham Raises- rest 10 sec

A2.  Reverse Hyper- rest 45 sec x 3

B.  Anchored Sit-ups (hands on head)- 20 unbroken reps; rest 40 sec x 5

 

ENDURANCE- 6am in the pool

 

We will be taking post challenge weigh-ins and measurements tomorrow morning after the 5 & 6am classes.  We can also get all the evening people on Friday after each class.
