A. 1 x 20 Back Squat
*There will be warm-up sets, but this will be a single set test. It should be a absolute maximal set. The recommendation is to use 70% of 1RM. Do not rush, these should be paced and rest b/t sets is beneficial (without racking). Make sure you hit SQUAT DEPTH EVERYTIME!
AMRAP in 15 min of:
10 Squat Clean Thrusters-95/65
ENDURANCE- some of you have had questions about endurance and if we are cancelling all classes. We are not cancelling all classes we are cancelling the classes that are not attending very well, Mon 6am & Tues 5pm. We want people to take advantage of these classes and we are looking into a schedule change to encourage more people to come, any suggestions let Autumn or myself know. We will still be holding the Wed 9am, Thurs 6am and Fri 6am. If you have ever wanted to learn to swim or be a better swimmer come to Thursdays, meet in the pool at 6am.
A little motivation for all of you that want to become a better Olympic Lifter.
