I was told a long time ago when we first got the Airdyne bikes that it was the same bike their grandma used to have and how fun they are…  Now how fun are those lovely airdynes!?



3 Rounds for time of:

50 Perfectly Vertical KBS-53/35

30 Anchored Sit-ups (hands on head)



Midline Strength

A1.  3 x 30 sec Rope Planks: rest 45 sec

A2.  3 x 8 Tempo GHD Sit-ups (5 count down, 5 count up); rest 45 sec


ENDURANCE– meet at 6am in the pool.
