For Time:

Perform 5 explosive burpees before each round- jump and touch 6″ above max reach.

Run 155 m (1 lap)

Run 620 m (4 Laps)

Run 775 m (5 laps)

  1. Since we don’t have any classes on Saturday and Monday, all you early birds at 5 and 6am, boot camp will not be in there this Friday. So if anyone is wanting to come and workout at that time on Friday please let me know.
