A.  Establish a Max Height Box Jump in 10 min (no step)

5 min AMRAP Row for Cals

4 min AMRAP Russian KBS-70/53

3 min AMRAP AD Cals

2 min Rope Planks- max sec held in 2 min time limit

1 min Jumping Lunges

 

ENDURANCE– meet at 6am in the pool area

O-LIFTING- @ 7pm
