  1. i wish i could have done this workout at the gym instead of at home today! (weber canyon was closed) It started out good, but I only got through my first 800m on the treadmill before the power went out. If you think running laps on the indoor track is bad, try running 800 m back and forth in a basement hallway… it sucks real bad.

  2. WATCH OUT!!!! I just ordered a SR-1 rope so maybe I’ll be able to do DU’s now. As much as we do DU’s, I figured it’d be a good investment. How ’bout we change it up and do some pistols…..at least once a month would be cool. lol
