CONDITIONING

A.  Row 3 x 500 m; rest 2:1- 30 Burpee penalty for every set that deviates +/- 5 sec from fastest set.

B.  Run 3 x 400 m; rest 2:1- 30 Burpee penalty for every set that deviates +/- 5 sec from fastest set.

 

MIDLINE

5 min Alternating BB TGU- 65/45- not for time/reps slow and steady, alternate arms each rep.
