A.  Take 15 min to establish a heavy 1RM Split Jerk; rest as needed.

B.  Push Press- 5 x 5 build to the heaviest five possible; rest 60 sec.


For Time:

15 Squat Cleans- 135/95

21 Toes to Bar

15 Power Cleans-135/95

21 Wall Ball- 20/15 (10’/9′)

15 Jerk- 135m/95w

21 Burpee Pull-ups


ENDURANCE- meet at 5pm in the CF area.
